Nos disrespect, but I think he's using heavier weights than he should in every single exercice!
All feedback is good feedback. I agree though, his form is not great in some of the workouts. I will rely the message to him.
That and he needs to lay off the belt and wrist straps. He needs more forearms, and using straps for every lift is not helping.
