They should do a CAT scan on the arms of anyone who applies for the biggest arms on Guinness. Im willing to bet the ammount of synthol in his arms matches the ammount of muscle fiber lol.

I saw the news at my country's most important newspaper. You can imagine how frustrating is that, and how bodybuilding is still pictured in mass media.

Visiting Cuba a few weeks ago, I could hear of similar cases!
I knew several stupid, they placed in their arms oils from various sources!
All ended with amputations!
Really stupid!
