I never counted calories, only carbs and protein. Higher carbs with lower fat always worked better for me.

Chad had me cycle carbs leading up a show with a string of low days followed up by two super high days... it worked out ok for me ;)

Everyone is different though and one thing i always say is that you have to figure out what works best for you by trial and error basically.

Yeah Buddy

Ronnie, greetings from Chile.
Carbs is the key to reach goals, and maybe "in many cases" much more than proteins.
That?s the way to maintain your body in a " cruise control " like a car in a highway and take the benefits of the insulin.
I love carbs from sources like oats, legumes, rice, milk, nuts, corn.
Do you have any favorite carbs???
I saw you last time you visit us in Chile eating so much rice.
Did you have the opportunity to intake any carbs from quinoa, mandioca (yuca), corn or others cereals or pseudocereals from any world lattitude?
thanks!!!

Is Outback your favorite place to grab a steak? ;)

Where else do you like to eat out?

Carbs are definitely important bro but the emphasis should be on protein, you aint gonna grow without it.

My carbs are real simple and havent changed for years, baked potato, yam, grits, white rice, and sometimes french fries... just a few though.

Outback is definitely top 3, always have what I need. Favorite is definitely Morton's though. I ate there at least 3 times during the first part of my tour.
