No trees were killed in the posting of this message. However a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.
After three events Vytautas Lalas LTU 24.0 Mike Jenkins USA 21.5 Zydrunas Savickas LTU 21.0 Brian Shaw USA 20.5 Hafthor Bjornsson ISL 18.5 Terry Hollands GBR 18.0 Krzysztof Radzikowski POL 17.5 Johannes Arsjo SWE 11.5 Ervin Katona SRB 6.5 Jean Francois Caron CAN 5.0 dissapointing performance of Shaw in the log press getting only to 180Kg while big Z beats his own World Record in this event with 220Kg. A not spectacular but very regular Lalas is taking the lead.
After 5 events and only Power Stairs left: Vytautas Lalas 40.5 Zydrunas Savickas 40.0 Brian Shaw 33.0 Hafthor Bjornsson 32.5 Mike Jenkins 30.5 Terry Hollands 28.5 Krzysztof Radzikowski 27.5 Johannes Arsjo 16.5 Jean Francois Caron 15.5 Ervin Katona 9.5 IIRC Power Stairs isn't Big Z's strongest event, so this will be a close call between the two Lithuanians. Here's a vid of Zydrunas vs Shaw on Deadlifts for reps. Lalas completing the Rock Lift Event (no atlas stones this year)
