Sup guys! this is the video from yesterday's legday. Bodyweight is @89.5kg / 197lbs on an empty stomach in the morning, still not doing any cardio yet. About the hamstrings I still need to work more on them. Just read the other day that for a bigger deadlift, the best deadlifters on the planet recommend bigger and stronger hammies, so I gotta do that. I'll post the deadlift video edit from Saturday as well. I always do deadlifts after squats. Nothing special though, went to a 3 rep max with 200kg / 441lbs. Korn and other similar metal bands is what I am listening to while training.

Bump for some updates. Summer is over, and so is the diet I think. I will probably continue to maintain for a bit, then slowly bulk for the winter. Body weight in the morning is 187lbs / 85kg, strength pretty much stayed the same which is awesome, and no cardio at all during this diet. Only a caloric deficit each day, training 6 days per week, and with a carb load on fridays, like sushi for example.
