It seems like the middle aged english people are really putting their health at risk by skipping their daily exercise routines- they should at least go for a brisk walk for 10 minutes every day. Being chronically inactive is not good, and they could improve their mood with a healthier body weight, by just getting a couple of hours of moderate exercise every week. These Brits would have less chance of serious health conditions if they did.
