    I acknowledge the principle that states that the best way to check
    weight is not to gain it in the first place. Most people assume that
    they can gain weight and then shed it through exercise, its easier
    said than done. The fastest way to lose weight is through fasting. The
    body is forced to live no its reserves while eliminating waste when
    one drinks lots of water.

To lose weight at a faster rate, it requires discipline to cut off sugary and fatty foods in your diet and start eating less and healthy food such as vegetables and fruits. And the calories burned must be greater than the calories take in.

    For a start you could increase your cardio, eat more fiber, cut down on refined carbs, and drink some coffee - these are some known things that can get you going in the right direction for weight loss.
