As the English Premier League moves into Week 5 and the transfer window moves further away in the rear-view mirror, fantasy owners are beginning to see things a bit more clearly.
Injuries have played a part in the early goings and some of the top stars in the Premier League such as Wayne Rooney and Vincent Kompany have begun working their way back into form. Also, some matchups are just bad for certain players.
With that in mind, here's a look at a few players fantasy owners would be wise to sit in Week 5.

Eden Hazard, Fulham at Chelsea
Entering the season, many fantasy owners eagerly drafted Hazard with the hope that he'd lead their team to a league title.

Through four matches, however, it's clear that the midfielder was more hype than substance. The Belgian has only attempted six shots on goal;none of which registered score;and has yet to contribute a single assist.
Chelsea have won both home matches this season, but Hazard has been conspicuously absent on game-changing plays.

Joleon Lescott, Manchester United at Manchester City

Pressed into duty while Vincent Kompany recovered from a groin injury suffered in the first week of the new season, Lescott has struggled to play up to the same level as his captain.
He failed to score a goal or assist with any others. But with Kompany on his way back, healthy at last, Lescott will be more in his depth as a backup.
With that in mind, you must sit Lescott this weekend;if not take him off your roster altogether in favor of someone who will be expected to start this weekend or the next.

Dimitar Berbatov, Fulham at Chelsea

The talented Berbatov may not even suit up this weekend when Fulham take on Chelsea in west London.
He's scheduled to be field tested before the match, as noted by John Ley of the Telegraph.co.uk, as he attempts to get back on to the pitch after suffering a hamstring injury last weekend.
Even if Berbatov is able to go, the Bulgarian striker won't be at 100 percent and he'll be playing alongside Darren Bent, who is also banged up, and without Brian Ruiz, who is out, per Ley.
There is simply too much going against Berbatov and Fulham this weekend and, as such, fantasy owners would be smart to sit him in Week 5.
