Ronnie Coleman will be in Kingston, Ontario tomorrow on June 2 so if you are in the area and want an autograph from the King be there!! Ronnie will be at Herc’s Nutrition Kingston from 4pm to 8pm!

Holy f**k. Ronnie in short jeans?! My brain simply can't understand this. I understand that he can not train his lower body part and honestly, I wouldn't do that either if I were him, but seeing him in short jeans is simply too much for my brain.

Is it just me or Ronnie has really big hands?! Maybe the angle is not right, but his fist is half of his head.

I haven't been keeping up with him like I used to. I seen so many of his videos, and I'm still amazed that he managed to be a cop. I used to think that was so funny because of the reactions of people when he walks up to their cars.

I hated what happened with his hips. It seems like he put off getting surgery for his fans, and this made his situation worse. I hate that he did that, but it is his life. He'll always be one of the greatest.
