Moved up from 220 to 242. Hit meet PR's on every lift. I came in lighter than expected but I had an issue with my knee about a week out so I only had 1 quick workout the final 7 days before the competition. Overall I'm happy with the results. I wish I could've kept my energy up to put up at least 725 on the Deadlift, but overall it was a step in the right direction.
