I hit each muscle group once a week. I have been working out seriously for the last four months and I have seen some results. But I am thinking about changing my split to work all my muscle groups twice a week. Yeah i guess you can change it mate and there is nothing really inappropriate with that if you put this thing into the right direction,So yeah go for a split but according to some advice that is what you need to do at the moment.
PHAT is a great routine, it works strength and aesthetics, the best of both worlds. If you aren't progressing in your routine right now, I'd recommend switching.
