Ageless Bob Gaynor is training for the Jan 25th Raw United Record Breakers meet. Here is footage from his new years workout.
It is 600 plus about 100lbs of bands at the knees. Not too bad for 67 and only 203lbs!!
Bob who is a current all time world record holder, was not happy with his performance in Sept & hopes to do better in all 3 lifts.
