At the recently held elections at the Assembly of the Serbian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, Mr. Goran Ivanovic was re-elected as the President, for the new mandate of four years.
Under the leadership of Mr. Goran Ivanovic, bodybuilding in Serbia was raised to a much higher level. There has been excellent cooperation with the Serbian Ministry of Sports, serbian competitors have achieved outstanding results in international competitions, and Serbia was the organizer of many significant IFBB international championships.
We are confident that under further leadership of Mr. Goran Ivanovic, who recently became a board member of the Sports Federation of Serbia, bodybuilding and fitness have an even brighter perspective in Serbia, and on the international scene. This is best confirmed by the fact that Serbia will host the 2014 Balkan and World Kids Fitness Championships, as well as the announcement of nomination for the organization of another World Championship in 2015.
