"This weeks squat and deadlift training. Squats up to 728 x 2 which is a 2 rep PR and conventional deadlift up to 711 lbs. During the deadlift workout I was still sore from the squat workout and using a very stiff bar, I like training deadlift under less than optimal conditions because it's the third lift in competition and my the third attempt you tend to be very fatigued. My body weight was 232 lbs this morning I plan on competing in the 220 Lb weight class at RUM. "
