Cancer survivors who exercise regularly may face less risk of cancer recurrence - with shorter bouts of exercise doing a lot of good as well. Exercise does reduce your body fat and improves the immune system as well, also it increases bone mineral density and lowers blood pressure.

We are evolved to move actively so exercise is beneficial in our health. It strengthens our immune system and cut body fats thereby decreasing the chance of acquiring cardiovascular diseases and cancer. Still, despite the advanced technology, most cancers are not yet curable. But it can be avoided by having a good lifestyle - eating healthy foods and exercising regularly. But we should not just exercise. We should make it intense because greater intensity lead to better results.
