Exercise causes change in antibodies and white blood cells- these white blood cells are the body's immune system cells that fight disease.
We are taught that exercise lead to weight loss and longer lifespan but regular exercise can also boost our immune system. It increases the production of an bacteria-engulfing white blood cell, macrophages.
