Young at heart is always a good thing, and so it starts early with kids, and the more exercise they do, including building bigger muscles, the more likely these kids will be successful as they become professionals. Studies have proved that the developing brain responds to exercise a lot as a kid, so stronger kids are a good thing.

Excess fats are not good in the heart because it might block the passageway of the blood to and out from the heart leading to heart attack. But if those fats deflate and muscles inflate then of course there would be less chance of acquiring cardiovascular problem. So, having muscles is great. It depicts the person is healthy and disciplined.
