When I think of Natural Legends, guys like John Hansen, Kyoshi Moody, & Jim Cordova come to mind. When I think of Natural Legends, guys like John Hansen, Kyoshi Moody, & Jim Cordova come to mind. And they all have great physiques, packed with lean muscle and cuts, but they don't compete in the NPC. The NPC is a cut above most pro feds in the world, but it just so happens to America's "amateur" division. The NPC weeds out the bums from the champs - quickly. If you have a crap physique you won't even place at a Level 1 contest. Some guys get past Level 1 to Level 3 type regional shows, then state level shows, then national qualifiers. Jeff Willet placed 4th at the USA's as a Natty -- no, not the Junior USA's but the USA Championships!! He placed several times at Team Universe - winning the Overall Title in 2003.

Hate him if you want to, but few guys have his credential. Only a handful have been where's been and they include, Skip La Cour, Derik Farnsworth, etc. Cheers to a great champion. This interview was recorded at Jeff Willet's Powerhouse Gym in Adrian, MI.
