Same with me, my experiences before becoming a rep were perfect - they even held my hand through my first International order when it appeared to be stuck in customs (it was not, the USPS just never bothered to update the tracking info). Since becoming a rep, I have had the same service.
I haven't ordered in a long time but I always use the companies I see here on mm and I was happy with the gear and I got it really fast too.
