Graeme McConkey passed away on Friday. Details are sketchy but I believe he died in his hotel room from a heart attack. He did mention health issues on social media not long before. Graeme was in his 40's and operated the Valhalla Gym. 54 year old bodybuilder Jim Henderson was also from Carrick died in Malta less than a day after competing in the World Championships not long ago. Be careful guys.
