Bodybuilding Offseason time!

Great way to start off my week.
Trained legs this morning.
Update of current off season sitting a little over 230lbs in the morning.
The plan.. just trying not to be too fat.
Strength is improving and much better than last year’s off season.
Not even close to starting prep.. but my training right now is giving me a good indication of how 2019 will be.. MUCH better than previous competition preps.
No slowing down.
Only building off of what we’ve accomplished so far.
If anything.. I’m hungrier and more driven than ever to achieve my best!
