    Today I ve done HIIT for 35 minutes so far. Also, a variety of push-ups, squats, and lunges. Update as we go. Tonight is chest/back

    200/200 test/eq 1ml
    200 mast. 1ml

    Just finished off 25 minutes Of HIIT.

    Did some light high rep work last night
    Didn't have a lot of time so had to really speed through things
    Chest/back
    Flat bench
    Warm up then
    3 x 15-20
    Incline
    3 x 12-15
    Decline dumbells
    3 x 12-20
    Pec deck
    4 x 12-20
    Pulldowns wide grip
    3 x 15
    Pulldowns to chest wide grip
    3 x 12-15
    Pullups
    3 x 15-20
    At this point I wanted to puke ,moving to fast from exercise to exercise.
    Also ,they closed the register couldn't get anything to drink..
    Who does that shit. Closed the register almost an hour before they close.
    So I called it a night went home hit abs
    Crunches
    Side raises
    V ups
    Open leg setups
    Heels to heaven
    Planks
    repeat from top ..

    Today has been a pretty solid day. Ive gotten in 2, 30 minute runs. Unfortunately my relief called out ,so im here til 7 or 9pm. Wich is no big deal. I will hit the gym this evening. Until then, i will get in another run. Maybe some delt work.
    Todays food.
    3 scrambled eggs w/1 piece of amer. Cheese
    8 oz of 1%milk with my supps

    1 banana
    16 oz. Greek vanilla yogurt.
    Some pistachios

    6oz turkey over lettuce on wheat

    16 oz of grilled chicken plain add some red hot sauce
    Vitamin water.

    16oz greek yogurt vanilla. Triple zero.
    Also had 2 meatballs.

    Yesterday I saw my dr. Went over a few things. One why im snoring all,of a sudden. Within the last year i began snoring. Need to see why. Also, i was given my papers to get bloods.. (dancing a jig) .. happy happy joy...

    Last night Started off with some seated Incline (machine)
    130 x15
    150 x 15
    170 x 15
    190 x 12
    210 x 10
    230 x 8

    Triceps
    I did these in a different order

    Tricep dips (nautilus)
    180 x 20
    270 x 15
    360 x 15
    450 x 12 , dropset, pull off one plate each side til failure,
    Then repeat, until there is only 2 plates left on each side. Wait 30 seconds and go til failure.

    Tricep pushdowns
    100 x 15
    120 x 15
    140 x 15
    160 x 14 , dropset 120 til failure ,80 til failure.

    Reverse grip pushdowns
    60 x15
    70 x 15
    80 x 12
    90 x 12
    100 x 10 dropset same as above. Til failure

    Diamond push ups
    3 sets x 15,12,10. Im so burned out.. my endurance isnt what it was . But expected after a long layoff

    Called it quits. 11:55

    I love it when the gym is empty.
    But then again it's always nice to have motivational eye candy to help get me through tough workouts. Great log brother. Keep killin it.
