I agree with this. I have tried both. Weight lifting without supplements, and doing with supplements. The second way is giving more results that I expected.

Supplements are great tools. Sadly they are misunderstood. Supplements help us to gain the nutrition that we lack in our daily diets. It's easy and economical compared to traditional foods. It's easy to keep track. Would suggest anyone weight training should have a good after protein shake and if possible can have a good BCCA as a pre or intraday workout drink.

Creatine is a safe and effective supplement that can help, but it is best used for sprinting/lifting rather than long-distance steady-state cardio. I'd save this one for later because most beginners aren't well-trained enough to reap the full benefits of creatine.

I didn't think supplements could also help someone lose weight. I only thought it could help in gaining weight and building muscles.

But that's a nice article. I know understand that most supplements are good if not all.

Supplements can greatly increase an athletes performance. The nutrition derived from these supplements would push the athletes boundaries. Depending upon their goals they can choose from an array of supplements. Such as whey, casein, soy or they can even take anabolic supplements such as Dinabol etc. It's all good but use it under moderation and under the watchful eyes of a professional.
