So, I started with 14 (im born at 2nd July 2001) going into gym, at the 3nd May 2016 and I'm going at the Gym from Monday until Friday for 1-2 hours, I train every part of my body except my ass.
The first month, i'll trained, then the Ramadan month came and i'll just trained home a bit to not loose my muslces.
After it, I gone again my schedule is still the same and the one trainer means, I'm doing everything wrong (he hates me though, I dont really know why) and tells me I'll destroy my body, but the other one says everything is fine, by me.
My arms are 34-35cm (would be 13,386"-13,7795"), I feel myself very fine though.
I got 2 Questions, is it good to go to the gym with 15 and are my results good?
I train my bizeps/trizeps with 10-12.5kg/22-27.55lbs and my legs with 130-150kg/286-330lbs, my shoulders with 80-90kg/176-198lbs and chest with 80kg/176lbs.
My weight is 75kg/165lbs and my body fat so 13.5%.

You should be able to post photos now. I changed your usergroup.

As far as the gym goes others can probably tell you more accurate info but I was working out at your age as well. If I was you though I would eat a very clean diet and eat healthy, drink tons of water and be sure to not just focus on building muscle.

Well the answer to is it good for you to go to the gym at 15 is yes. In my opinion it is great that you are starting out at a relatively young age and you should try to continue doing what you are doing in your later years. As for results I'm not really sure. At 15 you probably aren't going to get ripped. I feel like it is a good idea for you to keep hitting the gym.

I think many people think that going to gym in younger age is not good or something like that but it is actually not true. Going to gym at younger age is even more beneficial that starting out at the adult stage.

And there is plenty you can do outside the gym like my neighbour's where I lift a pair of concrete slabs joined by a metal rod. In case of exhaustion or lethargy, a packet of glucose should do wonders. Sound off the evening with a cup of bone soup.

This reminds me of my eldest brother who made that kind of barbell. Using a water pipe (I don't exactly know the term) about 8 feet long that has both ends connected to a big can of milk filled with concrete. Of course, it was done one by one. When done, the cans are removed and he's got a barbell that have served its purpose. I was in grade school at the time and my father had forbidden me to lift that makeshift barbell.

Well, I'm sure that there nothing wrong with going to the gym at the age of 15. As long as you are training within the strength of your body and not trying to over do it, then there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. If I was able to afford going to the gym at the age of 14 years old and 15 years old, I would have done so.
