    Tart Cherry Juice for tendonitis and muscle recovery.

    There are studies showing that concentrated tart cherry juice is effective as an anti inflammatory including tendonitis, and aid to muscle recovery. Google tart cherry juice inflammation.

    It is available in health food stores and amazon. I have tried it and continue to use it. It seems to work but it is hard to tell because you do not know what would otherwise have happened. Tendonitis can be very hard to cure, so this is worth a try.

    I use black cherry for the same reason now and then

    It does seem like tart cherry juice may increase muscle strength as well as reducing muscle soreness- and muscle recovery is faster also when you drink this juice. Drinking tart cherry juice has lots of antioxidants to keep your brain healthy, which sounds good also.
