Workout every other day

One physical trainer that I talked to said that the best workout is every other day. But it’s actually 3 times a week since we are usually busy on weekends with personal matters. It’s like doing the workout M-W-F or T-Th-S which is the ideal schedule. The rest on the next day is to give the body time to heal with the stress of the workout. The muscles also develop during the rest day. And it’s a good idea to eat well on this rest day so you have a lot of energy for the workout on the following day.

I do 2 on and 1 on off most of the time. But when I'm feeling exhausted from a hard work week or having some type of injury I'm trying to nurse I go 1 on 1 off. I've done this quite often here lately dealing with carpal tunnel issues I have

Its a good idea for people who dont use pharma. Coz their body is resting slowly than body peoples who use pharma
