With the advancement of the digital technology comes the new breed of animation. Unlike before when animation is mentioned, what comes to mind are the cartoons with caricatures for the characters. But now the Disney animations look like real people and the setting also look real environment. I have read in one article that there is a very popular animation character in Japan, a female. Maybe it is popular because it looks like a real person.
