Creatinine has been shown to increase muscle strength and energy
production by boosting production of ATP and is good for endurance
purposes. It should have no side effects being a biochemical compound
which can be used by runners, athletes and other sports. Better still,
it reduces muscle recovery time between exercises.

No, you don't want to supplement with Creatinine at all!. I don't know how you could though!

I have read several things about nutrition and I have visited some nutrition experts what I would say about creatine before to put it in your feeding is necessary to visit a nutrition expert to order some exams. This procedure has objective to know your health status. It is very important, because you can have some health problem which can get worse with frequently utilization of creatine.:!:
