    How to gauge if the sport is appropriate for you

    My first sport was football. I was playing in the community league when I was in grade school. I was a fast runner but I am challenging myself to run distances because football involved a lot of running. But it did not occur to me that I was losing weight. That's the reason why my parents had forbidden me to play football. Looking back, it's only now that I can say that a person cannot just engage in any sport, it should be appropriate just like a small guy is not apt to play basketball.

    n history, there are many examples when people did impossible things for them. There are good baskebolites with a small height. If you really want, and you work hard, you can achieve success even in what was not your
