Best cutting cycle I've run up to this day:

Weeks 1-12
E/c/a stack 3xper day
50mcg t-3 per day
2-4 ius norditropin per day
50mg winstrol per day
50 mg anavar per day
50 mg proviron per day
50mg of test suspension eod
50mg tren a eod
50mg test prop eod
50mg Mast p eod
400mg EQ per week

200mg of dnp everyday
Bro keto diet, high protein, mod fat, low carbs, only coming from high fiber vegetables.
30min of cardio first thing in the morning empty stomach.
30min of cardio before bed.
Ramping cardio up to two, 1 hour sessions per day.

Aas cutting cycle is great but we all know aas don't burn fat. That's why I included the diet and cardio approach I used also, without that component there's not much cutting/ fat burning that's going on.
Also with the addition of dnp and t-3 and gh, the bodyfat melts off while the aas maintain you hard earned muscle mass!

Hope this helps someone out there, this has always worked great for me.

Best bulking cycle ever 16 weeks:
22 years old at the time. Weighed 212lbs. At the start. End weight, 252lbs.
I remember incline DB presses went from 65s to 95s for reps almost over night. Stopped at the 115's. Incline bench went from 225 to 315 for reps. Also increases dead lifts and squats by about 50lbs each also. I was training with a local guy, that placed top 3 in the teen nationals and by 26 when I trained with him had 3 top 5 placings in national shows.
He took me under his wing and put a diet and training plan together that he used with John Oreagan his "coach" at the time.
5500 calories a day, and training two times a day. We would go to this local "Hometown Buffet" and eat lunch after training session one, and go there again for dinner after training session two. It was all sit down home style service and food. $9.00/ all you could eat. We'd consume massive amounts of chicken, roast beef and sweet potatoes until we were about to burst. Go home and sleep and continue this day after day. And smoked a ton of weed to keep our appetite high. (Not proud of that, but it's the truth)
Had no job, just practiced the only skill I had at the time of "street pharmacology", lol

Only estrogen control we had at the time was 40mg of nolvadex per day.

Training was brutal and focused on the big 3, bench, squat and deadlifts, with appropriate assistant exercises.

Damn I got big, full of water but as strong as I've ever been, never have been able to reproduce that same strength levels even as a grown much more mature adult man. As much gear as we took that summer we sold about 10 times the same amount to support our experiment. We both took out personal loans at our credit union to get started and then quit our jobs. Paid out loans off within 2 months and pocketed the rest to buy food and pay to live. Oh to be young and dumb again, brings back a ton of nostalgia for me.

T3/t4 combo 150 mcg Ed
Adding tren soon

This is my current cycle and my body fat is melting off fast I'm at 247.5 lbs it's allot of gear but there is a lot of $ in fees to make as long as I make my contract weight and bf for my sponser.i really wish I had done this cycle when I completed .

750mg of dnp? Damn, your a walking furnace. I prefer slow and low with dnp. 250mg and a keto diet, not much heat and effective

I get heated up for like 2 hrs then I'm fine my body heat is always high so I'm use to it

50mg of proviron pre day

Simple yet effective, keeps my mood, libido and appetite up. Helps me maintain muscle mass from previous blast. My blood work stays within normal range.
I'm really considering hanging up the blasts pretty soon. I'm 41 for christs sake, and if and when I do, the above cruise will be my lifetime trt.
I'm prescribed the 250 cyp and 200 deca, so I'd just need to come about the proviron.

Workouts consist of no break. Tren makes me powerful and unstoppable only out of breath if aromatasing from too much Test!

I would say halo but let's be realistic it's hard to experience good halo from what I hear.

None of these 2 had hgh or anything toxic
Why???
Because diet nutrition is the key!
Activity level is the key!
And not having so much mass that we can't get our heart rate up enough to really burn fat!

Favorite cruise before TRT bloods involved
Once off blast
Hgh throughout 3 iu a day break time to respond after 8-10 weeks.
Week 1,3,5,7 use igf lr3 40mcg at bedtime. But only 5 days for those weeks only!!!
Week 1-8
Start test c 150 week 75×2
Primo 100 mg eod per week
Mast prop 100mg eod
Test p 50 mg eod
Proviron 75mg a day
Nolva 10 mg a day (gets liver and lipids good)
Week 8-9
Run all as above but drop test prop and mast prop 5 days before bloods!!!
Continue rest through bloods.
Result hold muscle get lean a primed for next blast, and come in healthy with good bloods!!!
This is my cruise!
Also done it without the primo with 100 mg tren e a week and all was good including bloods and lipids!!!
