This is a science fiction with the setting in too far in the future. Princess Leia is saved by Luke Skywalker and Han Solo. There are cute characters like the robots C3PO and R2D2. Carrie Fisher played the part of Princess Leia while Harrison Ford played Han Solo and Mark Hamill was Luke Skywalker. It was a big hit worldwide in the box office. But the sequels did not do as much in earnings.

I recognize that they are celebrated and highly renowned movies, but I have never been a huge fan. They are entertaining and I will watch them but that is about it, but apparently others just love them so so much.
