From the book of Dan Brown comes this movie Da Vinci Code. The story revolves on the research of Robert Langdon and Sophir Neveu, symbologist and cryptologist respectively, which was ignited by a murder in the Louvre museum. The crux of the search is to prove or disprove the relationship of Jesus and Mary Magdalene. The cast is lead by Tom Hanks with the support of Audrey Tautou, Ian McKellen, Jurgen Prochnow, Jean Reno and Paul Bettany.

I remember when this first came out eeryone was freaking out and saying it was the best thing ever. It was pretty good, but I also heard that it did not do the book much justice which might have angered a lot of people. I did not bother to see the other ones though.
