M4B asked about running a transformation contest for all Mecca members,and you know they offer outstanding rewards.im not sure of the length of ccontest but it will include pictures of progress threw out the contest ,prizes will be well worth the time e and effort you guys put in.so who would join in and what kinda prizes would u like store credit?ppl amps?
We need your guys help so weather your bulking or cutting who is in.winners will be decided by Mecca members ers vote at end of the co test.

I would be interested in that I'm going to run a cut cycle soon and thinking test prop mast p.@ 100 mg ed and var @ 100 ed and Proviron @ 100 ed I can.do.a log and some pics along with it I'm 52 and 191# 8_9% bf and would like to get to 5%

Rules for the contest very important so win this contest.
1) must show a start , middle,and end pic with a written date user name on paper in the pic,the more pics the better chance to win
2) must post in your journal min 3 times per week.
3)must post diet and routine at the gym each post.
4)no flaming of members pics,diet,or workouts.
5) gear doses are extra points.

Agreed and these are very nice and simple rules compared to some of the other transformation contest going on so there will be a zero tolerance for breaking them
