    When an undefeated fighter loses

I have noticed that undefeated UFC fighters go on a skid when they suffer their first loss. Chris Weidman was an undefeated champion when he lost to Luke Rockhold and experienced another 2 losses before he would win again. The same with Holly Holm who was champion when she lost to Miesha Tate and suffered 2 more losses. Now former undefeated Mike Perry and Dooho Choi both has 2 consecutive losses. Is it a pattern or a curse?

Re: When an undefeated fighter loses

Defeat is a part of life, so I don't think it's a pattern or curse, just things that happen. If we can learn from our defeats, we can return stronger, if we cannot, maybe our time has come.
