Ok I'm 51 yrs old 5'11" just weighed my self 200 lbs.
im coming off a intermittent fasting, so reverse dieting
today I will eat
meal 1 - on whey with 1/2 cup oats
meal 2- 2 whole eggs 8 egg whites
meal 3 8 oz chicken breast , 8 oz broc.
meal - 4 on whey shake 30 grams protein 1/2 cup oats
meal -5 8 oz chicken breast 8 oz mixed veggies
meal 6 on casein shake 50 grams .
ive been slowly getting back into the gym after some,personal issues, so
today after meal. 1 I did chest
flat barbell bench 5x5 with 225
inclind dumbell 4 sets
65x 15
75x 12
75x 10 drop set 75 till fail 60 till fail 50 till fail.
dumbell flies flat to incline 2 sets at 3 different angles.
35x 20 x 2sets
firts incline
30 x 15 x 2 sets
second incline (steeper)
30 x 15 x 2 sets.
gear
t-Bol 60 mg every day 30 am 30 pm. Thinking of going up to 80 mg every day.
400 mg test cup and 500 mg mast e every week divided into 2 shots Sunday and Wednesday.
Nolva 10 mg every day,
adex .25 mg every other day.
i will up load a picture when my sone gets home, I have no idea go to do it.
should we put what gear we are using ?

I will put all gear I am using brother.

Remember though, this contest will be judged by time put into this forum, time u on it, views your thread gets, progress u make, effort put, and detail.

Not who looks the best at end!!!
We all can learn how to train out bodies to go from one extreme to other. And it gets easier.
Brother I am gonna really diet or follow one this time but really I normally can cut by only avoiding a few things.

My main thing I do is push really hard and get heart rate up. High intensity weight trauning!!!

Yesterday 2/1/18 did back. ould not go to the gym so worked out a home,
Bent over rows 5 sets of 15 last 3 sets I was failing at 15.
rack pulls 4 sets of 12 failing right at 12
seated high rows with bands, don' laugh it all I have at home. 2 set of 30.
ate 200 grams of protein, 200 grams of carb and about 100 grams of fat.
30 mg t-bol before work out.
30 mg t-bol 12 hours later.

That s a good session hell all I have is a pull up bar and 25pound dbs, it's all in how u use it brotha....

I agree with dd 100%! I can honestly say that the majority of my size gains have been gained at home & the strength gains I got were from the gym. I'm a big fan of home routines! For about $20, you can get a perfect pull-up bar & it is adjustable so you can do rows on it as well using a portion of your body weight. Just an idea

I want to add tren ace to my current cycle (500 mg ew mast e, 400mg test cyp and 60 mg of t-bol ed) I will drop test cyp to 200 to keep lower than tren. I'll do the tren at 50 mg ed. The question is t-bol and tren ace at the same time a good idea?

I don't see y not. Just pay attention to your body for typical side effects.
