Who has the best arms in bodybuilding? I'm not talking about the biggest arms in bodybuilding. I believe that title goes to Moustafa Ishmail with his giant 31 inch biceps. I'm talking about the best arms.


Who do you think wins that category? Some of my favorite arms in all of bodybuilding are Ronnie Coleman, Sergio Oliva, Lee Priest and ofcourse Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The oil douchebags should not be in the same sentence with the word "bodybuilding" or legends like Ronnie, Lee etc.

I didnt add Moustafa Ishmail to compare him with the pros. I just wanted to point out that size was not what I considered the most important factor.

I think Roelly Winklaar and Lee Priest were the best but there were probably some from the old days that were really good too.
