Been powerlifting for a couple of years, managed a 535 sq / 615 dead / 375 bench @ 205-207. I'm happy with my strength and I have no desire to get make strength my proriity. Im currently on a deload so in the meantime I want plan my next fitness moves.

I now want to now be more mindful of my physique.

Current Estimates? I drank a 2L of water before my lifts today so i'm not dry -
