Jingnan Xiong from China retained her One Championship women’s strawweight belt by defeating Laura Balin of Argentina at Studio C ity in Macau for One Championship’s Pinnacle of Power bouts. Getting her 12th win with only 1 loss, Xiong dominated the 5 rounds with her strong attacks and takedowns. The injuries on Balin’s face served as proof of the unanimous decision win of Xiong.

Some suggested and categorized Balin as an ordinary fighter. She almost won even if she is shorter-sized compared to her opponent. I have to give it to her since she went as hard as she could, but still, Xiong Jin Nan outclassed her. Nonetheless, a great fight. Hats off for the both of them.
