Leg day!

So I say screw it and started my cycle today. Just can’t take it anymore. Pinned today! Energy was up, lift was good but still tough. This 1,000 rep biz is no joke.

Travel day/ rest day

Yesterday was a travel day/rest day. Had to complete my 10hr shift then drive 6hrs home. Food was keep pretty good other than only having a gas station snack at 8pm. Have to work in the house again today. Patch some holes in the ceilings and patch all the holes in the walls then I’ll take the wife out for a birthday dinner. It’s her 40’th so I’ll be sure to give her the proper attention.

Saturday’s workout will include drywall and cardio of the sexual variety.

Food was as usual without the preworkout and post workout meal.

Hi mate! I'm all good now about my little waist pains. Everything is perfect now. If I'm going to be honest with you, I can't manage 24 minutes plank straight. I can do it in section of 10 minutes apiece. I can still remember when I started working out, I can't even last 5 minutes straight on a plank drill, that's one hell of a workout drill.

I like how you threw in chin-ups with your arm day. I do that sometimes, but I don't see a lot of others doing it. Gives a hell of a bicep pump!

Haha, it's unimaginable to go on a 24 minute plank, that would be a pure definition of core of steel. Even someone on drugs won't be able to pull it off without the drugs wearing off.

Chest day.

Gyms always empty on Friday Saturday and Sunday so I use these days for chest and legs because the equipment is very busy during the week so I always jump on the opportunity for it on the weekend.

Cardio day...because I hate myself that’s why. Like a lot of it.

45 mins of variable incline and speed‘s. Easy pace for a 10 min warm up then 160+ heart rate for 5 mins then 140 for 10 mins then back and down again for 35 mins after the warm up. Total cals burnt was just north of 600. Finish today out with a set of easy bar bicep curls full rep then half rep 5 sets heavy to lite weight.

Today was supposed to be a rest day and no work day. So I decided to go for a nice long walk in the sun. Afterwards I thought it would be a good idea to hit the gym just to work on my squat form. I haven’t been able to go full ass to grass squats so I decided to just go and move my feet placement around until I could reach a greater depth. With a slightly wider stance (just outside of shoulders) and a slight adjustment and pointing toes just a bit further out I was able to drop to full depth. So I decided to go at a 10 rep range and work my way up until I felt what my new weight max would be at a 10 rep set to give me a better understanding of my needed weight adjustment with this new stance. I was able to work my way all the way up to 275 after starting at 135 to just get the Mechanics where I wanted them.

Dead’s 3x10
Calves rises 3x25

Food was as usual today

I can feel you brother, the intensity have been super charged for weeks coming up and and it's all damn good. I'm looking at tweaking my today's drills into boosting my chest cavity.
