Moon pose
Does anyone remember the moon pose? It is banned but Tom Platz used to use it often in his routines to show off his legs. I was reading about it today on mensxp. I barely remember seeing it a long time ago.

This pose was inspired by yoga and I think it was banned in 2004 but I could be wrong. Personally I think the ladies should do it! Especially the Fitness Models!

The moon pose was made to showcase your hamstrings, but you are actually bending over and mooning the judges- but you are right about lady fitness models being the exception to the rule(haha)!
