I am still in shape and gonna log my prizes.

When i am ready will start thread or whatever to show mb4 team my appreciation..

Just had virus stomach lost 10lbs but gained some back.

Gonna get bigger and ripped, injuries have gotten me last 4 years with some surgeries too.
So time to work and still holding log starts
before long to show thanks and keep me on toes!!!

Photos current done came off all but trt, hgh and now just slight cruise until I am ready for log.

Atm TRT 200wk
Test prop 75mg MWF
Trest ace 25mg MWF
Mast prop 100mg MWF
Primo 400wk PurePrimo
Hgh 5iu a day
MT2 250mcg 3x week


I will use all mb4 stuff except for TRT Cyp built up I have and hgh plus a little trest ace here and there.

So that's where I am.
Just updating and letting u guys know I am gonna do log and stay in shape.

Staying lean been effortless and I stopped all t3 and t4, so now I obviously recovered.
I am still on 5iu hgh and I use it all in morning before any food or meal.
Completely fasted.

I will be doing my own labs on lipids and thyroid (TSH, free 3, free 4) in around 4-6 weeks I figure.

I been working out 3-4 Days a week at high intensitry burst circuits of 3-4 movement stations or exercises.. same routine I been using but I constantly alter it of course.

I will change up some in log but mostly diet. Goal is to stay lean and put on 8lbs of lean muscle.
I am 5'8" 196 lbs ATM, I was 210-225 between 7%-13% 8 years ago, so my memory is there just had to slack off heavier weight due to injury and tendons constant tendonitis, my line if work puts constant strain on tendons too so healing I had to drop weight and sacrifice size!!!

We are all great people, and we or I just wanna workout and do what we do....

Be a bigger faster stronger harder pushing to higher limits me. And the disapline involved in doing that statement comes with a set of morals and values that our standards, they are something to be proud of...

Self-disapline doesn't have compartments in my life, we are a different breed of people indeed...

My health and recovery going good.
Pretty sure I didn't fast long enough on my lipid test.
Think it was 7-8 hours and forgotten it should be 12-14 hours.
Any way bp great
30 minutes post workout with igf pre-workout around 40mcg in each thigh.
