    Rside here to train

    Hello MM. I am at the time running a log in the monster subforum on a couple other boards. So id like to have a wider range of feedback and meet more people into the bodybuilding life. I am running an old stash of monster gear and can say i am enjoying the beggening stages as i am a couple weeks in.I will be back tomorow with some basic information about my training, gear regimin and very basic eating style.

    Fortitude training is what i am getting gritty with at the moment so here is my session from yesterday.


    barbell lunges

    Seated end of bench bent forward rear delt raises

    Dipstation straight leg ab raises

    Hammer grip rope cable curls
    30lb x 25,40lb x 22,50lb x 20,60lb x 18,70lb x 12

    hammer grip rope pushdowns

    Thursday session

    Muscle rounds

    Hammer machine pulldowns
    2 45lb plates loaded each side Total 180lbs

    4/4/4/3/3/1 19 reps
    Seated chest supported hammer strength Rows
    45lb+25LB PLATES LOADED EACH SIDE- total 140lbs
    4/4/3/2/2/1 16 reps

    Hammer strength decline press
    2 45lb plates loade each side - total 180lbs
    4/4/4/4/3/2 - 21 reps

    Bodyweight dips 2 x 17,13

    *chin down torwards chest and arched to hit chest more so than triceps.

    seated dumbell curls
    40lb dumbells. Seen phil heath doing this and i like it.you do five reps one side than 5 reps the other side and back to the other arm for 5 more reps with a goal of 5 reps done 3 times on each arm for a total of 15 reps... Another rest pause varient. I also DO NOT supinate the wrist on these.

    set 1- 5,5,5
    set 2- 5,4,2
    set 3-4,3,1

    Wide stance barbell squats 205lbs

    set 1- 17 reps
    set 2- 15 reps
    set 3- 12 reps

    bodyweight calve raises 4 x 25,23,19,15 reps

    Hanging leg raises 15,12,10

    [FONT=comic sans ms][SIZE=3]Again i mentioned this before as this is the working mans split i am using out of the fortitude training manual.So it is virtually full body sessions and i dont feel to bad if i miss 1 day and my training gets pushed over a day as i am getting really good frequency in.My recovery is actually handling this well but the nutrition and of course the nandrolone(NPP) is a huge part of this enhanced recovery.

    Cycle is at
    375 mg test cyp week
    750mg NPP week

    A little left of my 25mg dbol stacked with 20mg winny experiment as well.I can tell what the oral is doing for me.I still am interested in stacking winny and anavar together. I think i may have seen vision mention this stack here at asf.

    Last night session-

    Upper Body load

    A.Bentover barbell rows 135x10,175x8,205x8,225x8 +2 reps ,275lbs x 3 -Drop set 135 x 12 Have to bring up these barbell rows quicklike..

    B.Behind the neck lat machine pulldowns.

    PIN IN 4 plates x 15,8P x 15,12P x 13,15P x 10,17Px 7 reps

    C .Flat barbell Press 135x8,185x8,225x8,275x8,315x8 reps + 4 Goal 12 reps * I feel My flat bench strength coming back quick.I have allways made good upwards progress in a weight range that has me working in the 3-8 rep range.I may go for work with 365lb next time or i may keep it static with 315lb which will be more difficult but you know they say do what you hate to do ,what you suck at ETC.. To make gains


    D.Across bench dumbell pullovers 60lbs x 8,75lbs x 8,90lbs x 6

    E.Bodyweight dips 20,17,15,12

    Lower body Pump

    Body weight Squats
    150 reps after several sets down to a last set of 6 to reach 150.For these i kept my rest very short.These are two fold.One of my 3 leg workouts i decided i want to use bodyweight excercise as i am slowly and carefully finding my new ways of training lowerbody for hypertrophy,balance and detail post hernia surgery.I can..i could but shoud never consider super heavy barbell squats anymore for instance.So relearning and creating my new ways.

    Standing bodyweight calf raises - 4 x 30 Goal 4 x 50.Then i will hold a dumbell and start over
