The expected rematch of heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder and former champion Tyson Fury on the 18th of May has been blocked by Top Rank in relation to the exclusive contract of Fury with ESPN. Top Rank said that they have another fighter in mind for Fury and the rematch with Wilder will have to wait for now. Their recent fight ended in a split draw which necessitates a rematch to settle the score. Both undefeated, Fury has 27 wins with one draw while Wilder has 40 wins and a draw.
