Just a quick introduction.

I am 53 y/o at 5’6” and weigh in at 185 lbs. currently.
I have been lifting for the better part of 9 years...
At the age of 48, I entered my first amateur bodybuildingcompetition and have competed in two others since then. This was a bucket list item and I have notdecided if I will compete again, however, I still run a cycle or two a year andmaintain a healthy life style so that if I decide to I am ready.
My diet typically consists of Chicken, Turkey, pork, Fish,Shrimp and Steak (lean), broccoli, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, green beans and carbsare generally in my post workout meal.
I seem to function very well on a low carb diet.
Current Macros:
Protein 50%
Carbs 20%
Fats 30%

Current RDI:2962 calories- with a BMR of 1662 calories. I will start out running at my BMR + (300-400) calories. Mymeal plan has me hitting a caloric deficit of appx 1000 calories a day.

I’ve got some work to do. Looking to get cut in 10-15 weeks.

I think I’m going to decrease some of my dosages on this cut. I am going to be running Tsunami which is :
Test Prop 50mg/ml
Winstrol 50mg/ml
Mast ace 100mg/ml
Primabolan 50mg/ml

That’s 250mg/ml so should be great.

Going to run this 1ml eod, actually sun/tue/Thur/sat every week for 10 weeks. I’m also going to run T3/T4 combo and clen 2/2. Might run ECA Stack on clen off weeks not sure yet. I might also throw-in a little extra test e and anavar a couple more weeks out. And if I see that I need it I’ve got extra prim and mast to kick it up.

Today hit traps and delts.

I considered bumping the mast to 600 and the prim to 400 but I think I want to see what this gives me first.
I would bump the primo upupup maybe 800mg but thats just from my experience w what coulda been fake or underdosed gear. So whos to say what legit primo coulda done. I did like my results from it tho

I’ve been slow getting started because I tweaked my low back shoveling snow. I’ve felt with chronic low back pain for almost 20 years and this was way different. Couple bulged discs at s4s5. But better every day.

I'm going to give it 4 weeks and see where I'm at. I may bump it then. The older I get the less effectively I handle the side form higher doses.

So I am listening to you guys advice. The following is going to be my Gear regime.

Mast - 600mg/wk
Primo - 600mg/wk
Test Prop - 200mg/wk
Winstrol - 200mg/wk
Test E - 300mg/wk

I’m also running clen 2 on / 2 off
And t3/t4 QD

I am using M4B’s blend”Tsunami”:
Mast@100mg/ml
Primo@50mg/ml
Test Prop@50mg/ml
Winstrol @50mg/ml

I am running this @ 1ml every other day and supplementing with mast 200mg/ml and Primo 200mg/ml to hit the desired doses.

So today I hit biceps triceps abs and obliques. Good workout nothing crazy.
Meals are in check. There is always something that I can do to improve them and little by little I am.
So”Tsunami “ from M4B!!
This stuff is so smooth. I am running 1 ml/EOD and it does not matter where I pin. I have not had any PIP whether pinning in the quad, delt or glute. This stuff is awesome.
So here is a comparison of my beginning and current photo.

Here are a few updates pics. I am not where I would like to be at this point but due to some medical issues I have been required to cut cardio and I cannot work legs. My plan is to push through and utilize short rest periods between lifts in order to increase fat burning. I have dropped 12 lbs- currently at 173 from 185. I am open to ideas because I have always relied on cardio for fat loss and my biggest problem Area is my low back.
