There is a lack of strong evidence that suggests that calories are burned more efficiently at a certain time of day. The most important thing is that we should stick to our own chosen schedule or time to work out or exercise. But it always depends on your mood. If you feel like you enjoy exercising early in the morning the most then workout at that time.
