The last time this problem occurred was so many years ago. There is pain in the knee that I have difficulty in walking continuously. After 2 or 3 steps the pain would appear and I had to stop. Now I discovered that the pain will go away when I flex my leg like I am kicking downwards (in the air, of course). After a few kicks, my knee is okay and I could walk again. But from time to time the pain appears and now I am wondering if I need to consult a specialist.
