French Open champion Ashleigh Barty cruised to a 6-1, 6-3 second round victory over Alison Van Uytvanck. Giant-killer Cori Gauff defeated Magdalena Rybarikova in 2 sets of 6-3, 6-3. It looks like Barty will be in the finals and the crowd is also hoping for Gauff’s 3rd round win to be in a good position for the finals as well.
