As per the promotion, it was a slambang affair between the 2 women fighters. Nicolini showed her grappling skills with an early takedown that Lee was able to counter. But in the end, Nicolini got the better of Lee with her good ground game that she was given a unanimous decision victory. But Lee is not humbled since she had given Nicolini a run for her money.
