Two-time Olympic gold medalist Robeisy Ramirez entered the ring against unknown Adan Gonzales as a professional boxer for the first time. The expected blockbuster debut went kaput when Gonzales released a haymaker that knocked down Ramirez in the 1st round. The Olympian was not able to rebound and lost a split decision. It was disappointing since Gonzales was not formidable with his career record of 5-2-2 and only 2 KOs. What a neat lesson to learn huh.
