It will be a slambang affair for lightweight contenders Donald Cowboy Cerrone and Justin Gaethje when they meet in the octagon on September 15 at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada. Both are offensive fighters with heavy strikes. Ranked #4 Cerrone has a fight record of 36-11 while #5 Gaethje sports an MMA record of 20-2. At this early, Gaethje is a -190 favorite in the betting.

Some quarters are saying that this is a mismatch because Cerrone is not in the level of Gaethje who is a terror with his low kicks and his punching power cannot be denied. The only flaw of Gaethje is his stamina that he might not last 3 rounds. On the other hand, there is no doubt in Cerrone’s stamina and this would be the deciding factor if the fight would last the full route.
